What a fantastic Sunday morning! I woke up as usual, but I felt quite strange. Why? It was because it was too quiet. Where’s my mum? Why wasn’t she making breakfast for me? I couldn’t guess the answers. When I was walking to the kitchen, I saw something tiny on the floor. It was like a toy fairy with fancy clothes. However, it seemed like it was moving! She looked like my mum… I wondered if she was really my mum. Suddenly, I discovered a half-filled bottle with its lid uncovered. There was a tag. Some words, “Drink Me in order to have an Amazing Experience” were written on it. All of a sudden, when I was about to drink the liquid inside because of my curiosity, the “toy fairy” screamed. It stopped me. I put down the bottle and picked the “toy fairy” up. She looked like my mom!
“Don’t drink this bottle of poisonous liquid,” she said, “It made your mum turn to a 20 cm miniature doll. And that’s me!”
She was really my mum! Well, I had just prepared to take care of myself, but I was also going to take care of her during this period of time although it was really weird! I had to do it until dad came back.
First, I was going to buy breakfast for us as she drank the liquid before preparing for our breakfast. I took out a pet carrier and took her with me. I bought some food at a restaurant, then I brought it back home. My mum only ate a little food as her stomach also shrank…
Then, I prepared something awesome for my mum as I wanted her to enjoy a hot spring. My mum liked having a hot spring. I poured some hot water into a bowl. I made sure the temperature was suitable. Next, I put my tiny mum inside the bowl. She told me that it was heavenly comfortable. I was so glad to hear that!
While my mum was enjoying the hot spring, I went back to the kitchen and found that the eccentric bottle was fully-filled with juice again! Also, the tag was changed. The words, “Back to Normal”was written on it this time. After I saw the tag, I took my mum to the sofa and asked her to drink the juice in the bottle. She drank reluctantly. Finally, out of my expectation, she got back to her normal size! I was so glad that I was so clever and could notice the function of that bottle. She was also cheerful and excited although she could not enjoy the hot spring anymore…
After this marvelous incident, I have learnt to take good care of people. Although this experience has made me learn a lot, I really don’t hope that something like this will happen again in my amazing life, as it was a really tiring experience.
