I attended the whole period of Carmel Secondary School’ 50th anniversary celebration. I think that if a school can stand over 50 years, it is not easy. But Carmel did it. And I can luckily have the chance to attend the celebration. So I feel very lucky. In the school cleaning campaign, we needed to do a lot of cleaning. Although it was very toilsome, when we looked at the clean and tidy school, we felt pleased.
After cleaning and decorating the school, the exhibition and celebration activities of the Golden Jubilee celebration started. Since I needed to help in the ICT game booth, I didn’t have enough time to play all the games. Therefore, when I finished the helping of ICT game booth, I went to play the rest of the other game booths. I thought the most exciting game booth was ‘Bucket Challenge’, because using a water gun to shoot the words is attractive, and it was cool when the water was splashed on our body.
Because I really wanted to get the big prize, I collected the stamps with every effort. Finally, I got the biggest prize, a very big and long toy rabbit. I felt very delighted, because I finally got my prize with me efforts. I thought the 50th anniversary of Carmel Secondary School is an unforgettable experience. I hope Carmel can hold a fun fair like this next year!
