David’s first date
David fell in love with Amy the first day he saw her. Attracted by Amy’s cheeks and sparkling eyes, David found himself deeply in love with her natural beauty. After struggling for what seemed like hours, she plucked up his courage, holding his breath, and asked Amy whether she could go to the cinema with him on Saturday. To his surprise, Amy accepted his invitation.
On Saturday morning, Amy got up early and she was prepared to change her look, hoping to surprise David. She took a quick search on the trendy clothes in a fashion boutique and bought what she wanted within seconds. Then, she visited Lee’s Hair Salon to get herself a brand new hairstyle. Amy was satisfied with her refreshing image and she was longing to the Saturday’s meeting so much that she could not sleep on Friday night.
That evening, Amy turned to be a fashionable girl after a day-long make up. She had waited for long after she had arrived at the cinema. After a while, she could finally spot out David who seemed to have difficulty looking for her trace. Excited yet nervous, Amy deliberately raised her tone and said ‘hi’ to him. However, David ‘s mouth fell open, as though he were a little sheep and about to be attacked by a fierce tiger. Instead of praising her, David ran as fast as he could, but knocked his head against a pillar when he looked back. He fainted at once and fell flat on the ground.
Amy was disoriented. She mistakenly thought that David was stunned by her charm, but she never knew she nearly scared David to death by triggering off his heart attack. Their first date ended up in a hospital. This was definitely the most eventful, and probably the last meeting for David and Amy because David couldn’t stop vomiting whenever he saw Amy since then. It’s all because of her weird look!
