I am the chairperson of Sports Committee. Today, I am going to talk about working out and slimming products.
Nowadays, a lot of people want to improve their body shapes, so they go to slimming centres, take pills or use other slimming products.
Are you one of them? If you are, I will suggest you stop using these methods. The slimming product is a kind of medicine, so it probably has side effects. They include insomnia, increasing heart beat and losing appetite.
Going to slimming centres should neither be a good way nor a long term solution. It is very expensive to go to slimming centres and is not worth doing so. Although you may lose weight in a short period of time, you will gain weight again once you stop joining their programmes. It is not proper for you to spend so much money at slimming centres all the time.
Therefore, going to slimming centres and using slimming products are not the best ways for us. Is there any alternative which is suitable for us? Yes, there is. Working out is a much better way to improve health and appearance than those short cuts.
Firstly, working out does not cost you any money, so it is much economical for all of us. It is a long term solution to keep your body shape.
Besides, you can do exercise with your friends and family members so that the relationship can be improved. Moreover, many researches have revealed that working out can relieve one’s pressure. We can gain a sound mind and a healthy body at the same time.
In conclusion, I encourage all of you to work out rather than taking the short cuts. Win the joy of playing sports! Thank you!
