Dear Mrs Leung
Congratulations on your retirement. It’s a good time for you to take a break and get rid of the heavy workload.
At first, I’d like to thank you for your lessons. Throughout these four years, you gave us many meaningful speeches. In the speeches, you showed us your feelings, your appreciations and your encouragements. These are really a strong motivation for us to make improvement.
Besides, I’d like to thank you for your support in different extra-curricular activities. I have studied in Carmel for four years. I’ve joined a wide variety of teams and clubs, such as the Lego Team and the Photography Club, which make me extremely busy. I remember, in Form 2, I was busy making my lego project presentation in Nanotechnology and I applied for the approval of handing in homework late for many times. Without your approval, I think that we would not have done the project so well and I would have handed in homework of poorer quality as I had to finish it in a short time.
Moreover, I would like to thank you for your care to all Carmelians. You often walk around the campus and past the corridors. Sometimes you may ask the schoolmates to see you because they sleep in the lessons. It is good as it can greatly improve the whole learning atmosphere.
Last but not least, I’d like to thank you for being a leader in Carmel. You’ve spread the word of God to us and led Carmel successfully.
Although I’ve got no chance to participate in your lessons, I’ve gained a lot from your words. Thank you.
Best wishes
KK
