When I woke up that morning, I knew something was going to happen.
“Annoying clock!” I yawned and stared at the clock. “What? HALF PAST SIX now? I got up thirty minutes late!” I brushed my teeth quickly and there were still some bubbles left in my oral, but…I DON’T HAVE TIME TO CLEAN IT! I knew that I needed to have P.E. lessons, so I put on my P.E. uniform in a hurry and picked up my bread to throng my mouth. Lastly, I wore my shoes rashly and I had a strange feeling that the whole day would be very unlucky like my shoes’ colour－BLACK. OH! Yes! I looked at the clock again, “NO TIME LEFT!” I yelled in my heart.
I shouted bye to my mum, who was still sleeping and out I went. I wondered if I had forgotten something…
“Oh, what a pity!” I screamed like Mr. Lam. I just ran back home and pushed open the door and grabbed my bag.
I ran hard to catch the bus and it just LEFT! I was so unaided! I got on a taxi and I ran out of breath, “Carmel…Secondary School, please!”
I arrived at school and I felt purse becoming lighter… I strode through the school gate and the bell hasn’t gone yet.
“Hey, why are you so early today, Suzuki?” Sabrina asked, “Is something wrong with you” I answered, “Dear, what do you mean? You mean…I’m ALWAYS LATE?”
Then, the bell rand and we rushed into the classroom.
“Lazy boys! You never turn on the light!” girls yelled, staring at Jacky, Leon, Henry and so on. The boys just passed through us and it seemed they didn’t hear anything. But before they went, they stared at my uniform, I wondered why. Next, I just practised volleyball with my friends.
“Oh! Be careful!” A ball just flew shooting at me and it hit me! I just gave the ball back to the owner. The owner apologized and thanked me with a big smile but she started to stare at me like Leon. There were a lot of question marks in my mind.
After that, the first two lessons were P.E., we needed to learn table-tennis. I enjoyed it very much, so I played it with my friends happily. But I found that some schoolmates were pointing at me and laughing at me, so I just thought and thought.
“HEY! HEY! HEY!” Irene screamed. I just turned back my face to the front and the ball just came into my mouth! I was so embarrassed that I wanted to hide into a hole. Mr. Kwok saw and shouted, “Run FOUR laps for punishing someone kidding! QUICKLY! ”
Irene just ran with me with a sigh. I just felt very, very sorry about that. Suddenly, a lot of schoolmates in the New Wing came out and pointed at me, whispering something and laughed again. “Why didn’t Mrs. Kwok join the speech festival?” I murmured. I just fell down when I was complaining, Serene just lent her hand to me to help me to stand up. I thanked her, and the ball rang.
“Why am I so unlucky today?” I sighed.
“Today is BLACK FRIDAY!” Heidi said.
“No threatening, please!” I yelled.
I walked through the corridor when everyone looked at my uniform again.
“Ha-ha! Someone is very FASHIONABLE!” the voice was very hateful, that’s my enemy in the other class. I stared at her, she said, “That’s my first time to see someone wearing BLACK LEATHER SHOES with P.E. uniform! Ha-ha!”
My brain suddenly lit up and I went back into my classroom, I wanted to hide at the corner for a whole day.
At lunch, my friends knew I didn’t want to move, so they helped me to buy my lunch, I felt very thankful and warmhearted that my friends were very helpful.
Finally, the last bell rang. All classmates ran out of the classroom just like the convicts leaving the prison, may be they didn’t the other schoolmates to misunderstand that they needed to go to the detention class. I sat at the corner with shadow and thought about how to leave school. At that moment, Kitty and saw me without saying a word, then she left. Oh no…
A minute later, she came back with a bandage, I didn’t know anything. She lent me one of her sneakers and exchanged it with one of my shoes. After that, she wrapped one of her legs and one of my legs.
Lastly, we just acted like limps to go home. I have learnt to get up early in the morning and friends will always support me.
