Why do you think teenagers buy electronic gadgets? Is it appropriate for them to use then as a fashion accessory?
Nowadays, many teenagers buy a lot of electronic gadgets such as iPhones and netbooks. But do they really need these gadgets? Perhaps not. Many teenagers believe that it is prestigious to have such gadgets. They buy the novel gadgets because they are popular and fashionable. They want to catch up with the fashion, so they buy them. They do not think about the functions and prices of the gadgets.
Although electronic gadgets have made our lives more comfortable and provided us with various forms of entertainment and they have been showing dramatic progression in practicality and appearance and are very useful to the modern society, they are so expensive. The teenagers have gone too far to look fashionable. They want to show that they know what the most talked-about products are by buying the novel gadgets, but they are too expensive. They are wasting their time and money to buy the gadgets excessively. They must control themselves. It is not appropriate for the teenagers to use gadgets as a fashion accessory.
Finally, I think that the teenagers must learn how to spend money. We are buying electronic gadgets for "function" not "fashion"!
