When I was in Primary Two, I had an unforgettable experience.
One day, my class teacher Miss Yip took our class to join an activity. The activity was about Mathematics. It was especially for the Primary Two students. Firstly, a game designer introduced the games in the hall. She told us to use different kinds of shapes to design a picture. After that, she and other colleagues would choose the most beautiful picture and gave a prize to the winning one.
I had joined some of the games before and I also designed my picture in shapes. I saw some examples that were designed by the staff. I found that I could use some circles, triangles, rectangles and colour pencils to design my own picture. After a few minutes, I finished my work. The picture was about a fat boy who was eating an ice-cream. He suddenly saw a turtle monster and shouted loudly. I thought that it was funny and then I gave it to the staff.
At last, the adjudicator asked the designer of the picture which she was holding to step onto the stage and got the prize. At that time, I realized that the picture was mine. I was very surprised and went up to the stage. The prize was a beautiful pencil case. I liked it very much. I was proud of my picture because it led me to win a prize among most of the Primary Two students. I can’t forget that until now.
