Who has greatly inspired you and caused significant changes in your growth and development? In my life, I think this person is Miss Sun Lai Mei. Although I am only 18 years old and still young, meeting this person is definitely a very important turning point in my life.
Miss Sun Lai Mei was my F.2 class teacher. That year was her first year teaching in our school. She was so horrible. That was my first impression of her. Because her face always looked so serious, I thought she was not a nice teacher. But I was wrong. When I got the chance to talk with her, I felt she was a very nice teacher. She was afraid that we would play tricks on her, so she acted so sternly.
That year, Miss Sun let me know the true God, Jesus. This is a big change for me. Miss Sun also went to church with me. In this place, I studied many things about God like how He could change my life. When we finished the service at the church, we had lunch together and we would take about our life and she would tell me more about God. This let me know more about her. Now she is like my friend more than a teacher. When I am unhappy, I will tell her. She will help me to solve the problem, encourage me and pray for me.
Miss Sun has changed my view of life. She is an important person in my life. She is older than me, but I feel she is younger than me at heart. She is always so happy and wears a smile on the face. She is an optimistic person. Maybe she also has problems which she will not tell me. I think she is cheerful and radiant person.
Miss Sun is my good model! I always want to be like her, to be a useful person and a good Christian. I am so pleased to have met her in my life. She brought changes to my growth and development. I really thank her for inspiring me.
