Memories in the Growth Camp 1C Kannis Cheng
Dear Mary,
How are you? I write this letter to share my experience and reflection in the Growth Camp with you.
On the first day, we had an exciting activity called ‘Growth Challenge’. In this activity, there were three games. The most unforgettable game was Cross the Log Bridge. Although it was really difficult, we could cross the bridge and win the game! I learnt that we should try our best to face the difficulties and work with friends together.
On the second day, we had a session called ‘Life Sharing with Teacher’. We needed to talk with the teachers who would tell the story about Jesus Christ and encourage us to believe in God. I decided to become a Christian at last too!
On the third day, we had a competition with the whole form! Each class needed to sing a song and the representative shared the feelings about the Growth Camp. At last, we sang a song and we felt really delighted.
In this growth camp, I learnt that friends are very important to me because we can face problems together. I also realize that Jesus Christ is in my heart! He will protect me always and let me become safe! It was an exciting and unforgettable camp to me!
