Dear Chris,
How are you? Do you feel great studying in secondary school this year? I feel very good. I’ve also changed a lot in the year. Let me share my feelings with you.
My main changes can be divided into two aspects – behaviour and homework. First, I'd like to talk about my behavior. In primary school, I was almost the rudest student at school. I always talked and played with my friends no matter whether it was in class or recess time. The teachers always punished me and phoned my parents. I still behaved very badly. You were in the same class as mine in primary school, so you should know how bad I was. But now, after I’ve studied in secondary school for a year, I’ve improved my behavior. I’m not as nasty as what I was before. I talk less than before in class.
The next change is my homework. In the past, I was very lazy. Either I didn't hand in the homework, or when I did hand in the homework, its quality was very bad. I was given detention five times a week. That time, I thought the teachers were cruel. After studying in secondary school, I’ve changed a lot in my attitude to homework. I hand in homework on time. Every time I do my homework, I pay more and more attention than before. Therefore, teachers always praise me for my good work.
I feel very surprised about these changes. I only did goal-setting in the summer holidayd before I started my secondary time, but the effects appear so quickly. Maybe I should thank my mum for encouraging me and helping me.
How about you? How is your life in secondary school? Did you have any changes within this year? The exam is coming very soon. I hope you’ll reply after the examination. Prepare well for the exam!
Best wishes,
Pat
P.S. I’ve also sent you some photos for more understanding of my secondary school life this year.
