Do you want to be a healthy person? If yes, you should try the following tips.

First of all, to live a mentally healthy life, you should engage in meaningful and creative activities. This can not only challenge your creativity but also refresh your mind. In my daily life, I enjoy playing the violin and draw pictures, which can stimulate my creativity and make me feel fulfilled and relieve my stress.

Besides, if you want to live physically healthy, what you can do is to have a balanced diet. You should take in enough carbohydrates, minerals, fibre, protein, fat and different vitamins. Moreover, drinking enough water is also essential to a healthy life. Water helps to clear your body system, accelerate metabolism rate and flush out the toxins. To me, I have red rice and oat in my meals so that I can have enough fibre and vitamins. I also drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. The balanced diet can help me to avoid being overweight or having high blood pressure and diabetes.

Last but not least, in order to have an emotionally healthy life, you should practise self-discipline. Self-control naturally lets you release your worries as you can complete your task according to your plan. Indeed, self-discipline helps me overcome despair, helplessness and other negative thoughts. Before examinations, I set a timetable for my revision. I evenly distribute my time on each subject. As a result, I can reduce my exam stress and I can cope with my exam with confidence instead of fear and worry.

To conclude, if you follow the tips mentioned above, it is easy to achieve the goal – a mentally, physically and emotionally healthy life.
