Prison Break

When I woke up that morning, I knew something was going to happen.  I saw some blood dripping down the edge of my bed and two jailers were in my cell.
“What’s happened, Sir?” I asked but they said nothing.
They wanted to carry something from May’s bed.  May’s bed was over mine.  Then they carried May from her bed.
“Oh, my God.  What’s the matter with her?”  I saw that her wrist had a scar.  “Did she commit suicide?”
“Yes, we’ll take it out later,” the younger one answered.  They put May’s corpse into a black bag and then went out of my cell.
“Maybe they’ll throw her out of this prison…”  I sat on my bed and thought.
I suddenly snapped my fingers – I had a good idea!  I moved May’s corpse to my bed and covered it with the quilt at once.  After that, I climbed into the black bag.
After a while, I heard a voice.  “Kate, now we need to take this corpse out.”  I heard this and my heart thumped violently because I was worried they would lift the quilt, which covered May.
“Maybe Kate’s sleeping.  We must go!”  The other man said.
I lay in the bag quietly.  They carried me out of my cell and walked for a long time.
Why did I hear the waves?  Where did they want to go?  At the same time, they called out, “One, two, three!”  I felt myself flying in the air.
I didn’t fall on the ground, but fell into the sea!  I felt wet and sank fast.  I struggled in the bag and tried to untie it, but that didn’t work.  I had drunk much seawater and felt difficulty in breathing.  Soon, I lost consciousness.
When I came to, I found that a fisherman sat by me.  I deceived him by telling him I had lost my memory.
The fisherman let me stay at his home and named me ‘Emma’.  At last, I was safe and free.  I would marry the fisherman next month!
